I just saw this posted on /cgl/ and found it sort of disturbing. Some of them are just… completely unrecognizable. An amazing testament to the advancement of surgical science but obviously it’s also a jarring image of the lengths people are compelled to go to to become conventionally beautiful.
[Also, I feel like bottom left was actually more conventionally attractive before they cut off those great cheekbones and killer jawline, but maybe that’s my Western viewpoint. I guess more round features are valued in Korea. Top right “after” photo almost looks like… a CG image or something. Damn, science. Damn, society.]
